The links below maybe helpful if you are buying/ selling real estate in Ohio. The alleged robbery by pen has left me a prisoner of Cleveland Heights ,Ohio 44118.In addition, I will have to pay taxes on the alleged concealment of the Point of Sale Inspection violations. After research ,I came to one conclusion why the POS was put in place....to maintain the population. In 1960 the population was 61,813 by 1970 the population dropped to 60,767 by 1977 the city figured out how to keep control homeowners equity here enters the Point of Sale Inspection. The POS serves no purpose or guarantee for the homeowner except to control who can purchase your property and how much you must pay a contractor and escrow to leave this city. Despite the death grip on homeowner's property the population continues to decline. Case in point the population is 43,376 as of 2021. Based on my experience the city condones the alleged unethical tactics of Realtors who do not disclose the POS to Buyers. This sly tactic generates property taxes for the city.,in the vent the Homeowner defaults on their taxes the city will be in first position to take the property and sell it to who they choose. Also the excessive escrow does not apply to ALL homeowners when they decide to flee. These century year old homes come with century old mentality. It is my daily prayer the LORD send a wrath to this city that send the population fleeing and never return . It is just a matter of time before this city resembles East Cleveland. BUYERS BEWARE when buying property in this city or any city with Point of Sale inspections. This is an alleged trick bag operation and you have been warned!!!!!!
