New access port installed 16 inches in
front of the main water valve.

Old Access port opened with a putty
knife the paint was removed..

Double tapped breackers 23
in a 20 breacker box. Count
them.

New 30 breacker enough to power the
property ,no double tapping here.

New shut off valve, Per the plumber
this was not installed by a plumber
because they used braided hoses. A
plumber would have used copper pipes

New bell and shut off valve

New air tank. set at 75psi prior reading
was 82 enough to damage all the
fixtures. More photos to come.

Over $8K in the basement alone.
