| Paid $625 for home and radon inspections. Ordered the sewer cam they claimed there was no access. Plumber was called out found the access painted over less 16 inches from the main water valve. Sewer Cam was performed to discover the clay pipes had shifted due to the tree that was directly on top of the clay pipes,estimated replacement for sanitary line $15K plus the tree removal a thousand dollars. Tree was sitting directly on top of sanitary line and uplifted the sidewalk , contractor stated the sandstone need to be removed and cut all the roots $$$$ A 20 breaker box had 23 circuits box replaced to a 30 circuit box . $4000 Water pressure was 82psi , air tank replaced leaking pipes on water heater and main valves. $1500 Dry rotted basement windows was also the cause of the water seepage $1800 Replacement cap for access port less $70. Refunded $625 after not satisfied with their work. No repairs were paid for or offered by Pete.
